Many people say I am not a spiritual person, yes maybe they are right, yeah!! I am not a spiritual person at all, not interested in any kind of methodological stories, I am not a person who enjoys going to temples and spending time with god or any kind of things related to god. And most of you would think, why am I such a person who doesn't want to spend time with god or never ever try to even pray for his power? But even I don't have any answer for it.
But believe it or not, I went to such a place recently where I was enjoying the tour towards the spiritual place called GIRNAR PARVAT, Junagadh. Its approximate height is about 4000 ft. And famous for four important spiritual temples called:
1. Girnar Jain temple
2. Amba Mata temple
3. Gorakshanat temple
4. Dattatreya Paduka
This is the second time I experienced this place. The first time I couldn't feel the power and vibe of that place kept walking 10000 steps and I was exhausted to complete the journey towards the last site, which is Dattatreya paduka.
Many of us know and even if you don't, Girnar mountain (Girnar Parvat) consists of in total of 10000 steps to reach its last spiritual place called Dattatreya, 5000 steps you will come across Amba Mata temple, And in between steps of 5020 to 5100 you get to see Gorakhshanat temple and around 1800 to 1900 steps you may see Girnar Jain temple.
Girnar Parvat is soo much-recommended place to visit in India. People gather at such a place and walk towards the shelter of god praising him and gaining power from him to climb 10000 steps, it's too much harder to cross those steps and reach the end of the mountain. It's soo much lucky to have the chance to visit a second time in a year.
Before climbing those steps I have an intention to trek this mountain and see nature and watch the view in monsoon season at the height of 4000 ft. above, my mind was fixed upon only one street but as I got into climbing the steps, it appeared to me that this is not only the trek which I was pursuing this is the hell of a wind of spirituality which made me climb upstairs.
For the first 1900 steps, it was exhausting to step up and reach at least 5000 steps but all of a sudden the foggy climate started to be thicker and the clouds started to sprinkle their magic... it makes a lot easier to climb even if you exhausted the climate make it much more simple to climb 1000 steps in just 30 minutes. Sure many of us would let me know that Aditya you made it because god helped you and made it easier; well I accept your faith, but if you ask me how I saw and experienced this situation is that rain, that water droplets made me fresh, believe it or not, that upside strong flowing wind helped me to carry my weight and move forward that climate made me energetic and build my strength for every harder step I climbed ahead.
Amba Mata Temple
The end of the first 5000 steps is where you end up getting relief from climbing around half of the journey you begin for. It's the Amba Mata temple (called Ambaji). Here is the place where you can rest for a while and have a cup of tea or eat if you want. This place exists for a temple you can visit which is was not visible fully because of the fog was too thick, the rain was at the force which can make one person shiver for a while, the cold climate and the wind which almost makes you move a little bit.
Every one of us got a bit of relaxation when we showed up at this place being exhauster being climbing for more than 3 hours, this relief made us realize that we have halfway succeeded towards our goal and just more 5000 steps for us to reach the peak.
Including me, every one of us visited the temple, and we were satisfied with our success everyone was praising Amba Mata for building strength in themselves and giving them the power to climb so far.
Most of them were even old people some of them were young it doesn't matter how old you are everyone was praying for that power and blessed by success. And this satisfaction, feeling, and trust towards the god which I felt was admiring, that power, or that success of climbing gave them a hope to reach fortune.
Talking about me I was busy enjoying the presence of the rain and the cold breezing climate making my body show up the success of reaching this far and feeling the height and the magic of nature at the top and feeling everyone's will and with there power to reach the shelter of lord Dattatreya.
Towards Dattatreya
After we left Amba Mata temple we came across a small Gorakshanat temple where we stopped by and learned a lot about this Girnar Parvat. I was amazed by the stories of lord gorakshanat and the tale of this Girnar Parvat and how did it exist. I was lucky to listen to it and learn about that place. I don't get caught up in the methodological stories but those stories made me stand there and listen to every word that person spoke.
The experience of another 5000 steps is hard to express the glory about this place is out of this world. We can't see the right of the mountain neither left or up or downwards we are just covered with freezing cold rain, the wind which actually hits you hard, and the clouds which creates a thick layer of fog which makes it difficult to see after 10ft distance.
The feeling of reaching up to that 10000 steps was just flushed from my mind and it was diverted to just sit on the railing and give up every stress and negativity from life and make that wind blow up my thoughts. That is what I was looking forward to, this feeling was magic and outrageous for me the only thing I was looking forward to the moment we stepped up on this journey is this attraction of gaining this power of nature which makes me praise him and gives every cell of my body a refreshment to carry forward this journey and explore more than I deserve.
As we proceeded toward the top the rain really showed up too strong, my legs were shivering while climbing the stairs, and the wind was getting stronger and stronger as we moved forward and reached the destination... but somewhat satisfying to watch nothing but clouds passing through us it was like walking on the clouds while it's blessed with the wisdom of nature on the path of spirituality.
When I reached the top and entered the temple for which we were motivated and gained maximum strength, the success was right in front of us the faith, the happiness, the satisfaction, and the smile on people's faces were a treasure to watch.
This place consists of various stories and methodological values, people have a lot of faith in that place which makes it more special the mindset of people climbing towards the path of heaven which makes this place more admiring and astonishing.
The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and the acceptance of love
- Marianne Willamson
Even if I went for purpose of visiting this place to admire mother nature, this presence of power made me realize that maybe there is a power of spirituality that makes every person who visits this place's mindset pure and makes them accomplish what they deserve. The love towards god is the only reason which makes that people have the strength to make up to this heavenly peak of Girnar Parvat.
For me, this was a journey toward the fortune of nature to explore this kind of spiritual power and art of creation. After this tour towards Girnar Parvat, I realized the wealth that nature contains, and the spirituality that drove me towards the desire to explore it.
